We only have 1 SKU, and it's a Bamboo Floor SKU.

We only sell one stock keeping unit. By selling only one "stock keeping unit", we hardly have any overhead associated with carrying lots of stock. Selling 1 SKU, and 1 only, also allows us to buy HUGE quantities of that SKU and pass the HUGE savings on to you.

This 1 SKU of BAMBOO flooring, might be the single largest selling SKU of flooring in the world today.

What will the container look like?

A big metal box.

Very funny, I mean what will the carton look like?

We don't know. Because we are buying overstock and cancelled orders from the factories, it could come in many types of boxes. However, if you would like a generic "white box", Buy a container or more and we will ensure you receive OEM type packaging.

What payment options do I have?

You can pay for your orders using VISA, MasterCard, Paypal, checks, money orders, wire transfer.

Whats the warranty?

WARRANTY: Have you heard the term TAIL LIGHT warranty? The warranty lasts as long as you can see the tail lights of the truck that delivered your flooring.

Seriously, you're paying rock bottom low prices, why do you think you should also get a warranty? Warranties are usually the responsibility of the manufacturer. Even though this product is the exact same flooring that would be warranted by the manufacturer for as long as 35 years, (if sold through normal, high overhead channels), no manufacturer will nearly give this stuff away, and still be willing to handle claims and issues associated with warranties. Our flooring SKU is guaranteed to be quality 1st grade bamboo.

If you really can't live without some sort of warranty, you may purchase one from us. (I know what your thinking, isn't that another SKU? no because a SKU is a stocking unit. You can't stock a warranty!)

Can I return it?

Hasn't even shipped yet and you're already trying to return it? You can try to return it, but are probably better off selling it on EBAY or Craigslist. At the price you're buying it, you should be able to make a buck or two and save us all some pain.

If you don't feel that the flooring you bought is as described on this website, you may return your purchase for a full refund. You will be responsible for the cost of the shipping to get it back to one of our warehouses.
